Returns and refunds :
Our refunds policy for digital goods lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are ONLY granted in the case where there is a problem with activation using the license key / activation code / digital code / unique id provided as part of the order delivery process.
Buyers remorse, No longer needed and Purchased By Mistake are not valid reasons for refund.
Similarly; If you have purchased a license key, for a wrong region by mistake; unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please do not contact us with such requests. Adequate region information is provided, along with every product, and you are requested to check the same and / or contact us before making a purchase, in case you have any queries.
In order to prevent spam, duplicate and infructuous return / refund requests; you / Customers are requested to refund within 24 hours from purchge.
Refund requests will only be entertained if they are submitted through the support system with proper screenshots and adequate supporting information provided. We reserve the right to reject refund requests basis our investigation and assessments if we feel that a refund is not justified in any case.
In case an item is not working; you are required to send us a screenshot of the error you are receiving along with a screenshot of your redemption history from the platform you are using. These screenshots will have to be un-edited and should display the required information clearly. If we have any reason to believe that the information provided is not accurate or has been edited etc in any way; you request is liable to be rejected.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The above applies to all bulk orders as well.
If you receive an e-mail from us with your order item and instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail, will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.
In the case of bulk orders, or orders other wise split in parts, the receipt by you of the first e-mail / order items, will constitute delivery by us to you for your entire order.
In the case of box packs, our returns and refunds policy lasts 7 days provided the terms and conditions are met.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund/exchange.
In the case of refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 – 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Our policy on fraudulent transactions (if applicable):
Please note that we take account security very seriously; and you are requested to ensure that you feed in the correct details when ever you are placing a transaction with us.
Any discrepancy in provided information or any cause to believe that this might be an unauthorized charge will lead to an automatic hold, or manual hold, of your transaction(s).
